A great weekend in Tuscaloosa

Graduates, food, fun, and the Wii. This past weekend we went to Tuscaloosa for my sister Sarah and her husband Doug's graduation. They graduated from The University of Alabama - we are so proud of y'all. It was really great that all of my sisters were able to come, and it was great spending time with Doug's family too. Thanks Aunt Dena for letting us stay at your house. It is really beautiful. Addisyn can't wait to come back and play the Wii again.

St. Jude Marathon

This weekend Jay and I ran in the St. Jude Marathon. No I did not run the marathon, but I did run the 5K. Jay however did run the half-marathon - 13 miles. I am so proud of him for accomplishing this goal of his and raising money to help the kids of St. Jude's. We were both feeling the aches and pains of the race on Sunday, but it was well worth it. We had so much fun at the fundraiser and running. We even got to meet Elvis and have a picture taken with him. Addisyn is so funny - she told Elvis that he was her "hunka burnin love". I guess we have lived in Memphis too long.

We're turning 5!!

This month Jay and I will have been married for 5 years. I can't believe how fast the time has flown by. The past 5 years have been so amazing and wonderful. I am so blessed to have a wonderful husband who loves me, our children, and works hard to provide for us. He stills tells me how "hot" I am everyday, and I love him for that. I love you Jay!
