No matter what the weather is or how long it takes to get appropriately dressed kids are always full of great ideas & plans that have to be executed right away. The kids had gotten some rain gear and fishin poles and begging to try them out all day. So even though it's been rainy and still was we headed out for an afternoon of fun. Luckily we only had to go across the street.
